Reporting an event or correcting wrong event data

If the date, time, address or line-up of an event is wrong, or a club is missing from the map, let us know.

How to report it

1. In the app, open Support → Help & Contact → Contact form.
2. Choose the category Events / content.
3. Give the event name (or link) and the correct details, ideally with a source such as the organizer’s page.

Reporting club entries

Club and festival entries have a report function right on the entry. It requires an account, because a report can lead to an entry being hidden and therefore needs to be attributable. Without an account: email us.

What happens with the report

We check the details and correct the entry, or pass them on to the organizer if they maintain the event themselves. You won’t always get a reply; you’ll see the correction in the app.
