Notifications not arriving
Permission, battery optimisation, focus mode, expired token: troubleshooting in the right order.
Go through the points in order. It’s usually one of the first three.
1. All three switches on?
Consent, system permission, switch in the app, see Turning on push notifications. If the permission is blocked in the system, the app can’t ask again by itself; you need to allow it in the system settings.
2. The right topic active?
Below the push switch there are topics. An event reminder only comes if event updates is on; a support reply only with support push.
3. Renew the registration
Sign out and back in to the app. That registers your device for notifications again. It helps if you switched devices, reinstalled the app or haven’t opened it in a long time.
4. Device
- Android: Turn off battery optimisation for Let’s Rave (system settings → Apps → Let’s Rave → Battery). Some manufacturers kill background apps aggressively.
- iPhone: Check focus modes (“Do not disturb”, “Sleep”).
- Browser: Notifications only arrive while the browser is running, in the background is fine, but not when it is closed.
5. Delayed rather than missing
Push services sometimes deliver with a delay, especially in power-saving mode. A reminder with a 15-minute lead can then cut it close; choose a longer lead time for important events.
Still nothing
Write to us via Support → Help & Contact with your device, OS version, app or browser, and exactly when a notification was expected.
