Cancelling a rave
Choose a reason, optionally add a note. The rave is no longer shown publicly and guests learn why.
- Open the rave and tap Cancel.
- Choose a reason and optionally write a short note, for example the replacement date.
- Confirm.
What happens next
- The rave is no longer shown publicly. Anyone who had it open sees “This rave has been cancelled” with reason and note.
- Guests marked “Going” or “Interested” receive a notification if they have push for event updates enabled.
- The rave remains in your management view; you can still open it.
Tickets
A cancellation does not refund automatically. Refund sold tickets in full afterwards, see Refunding a ticket. Guestlist spots become invalid once you remove the guests.
Cancel or delete?
Cancelling is the right choice if the rave was announced: the information stays traceable for everyone. Deleting removes the rave and its images for good, see Deleting a rave.
